摘要
设计了一种新型组合式后压辊滚压机构,能大大提高全钢载重子午胎的胎坯压合质量和效率。尤其针对全钢无内胎规格,通过X光检验论证,能有效降低气泡问题的产生。介绍了改进前后的压辊结构,分析了其工作过程。
In this paper, a new type of combination type back stitcher rolling mechanism is designed, which can greatly improve the compaction quality and efficiency of tire blank for all-steel radial tire. Especially for the all-steel tubeless specifications, X-ray inspection can effectively reduce the bubble problem. The structure of stitcher before and after the improvement is introduced, and the working process is analyzed.
