摘要
优选丁腈橡胶(NBR)作为液态密封胶主剂,添加适量的酚醛树脂以改善密封胶的耐介质性能,选择适当的填料调节黏度与硬度,最终研制出一种耐油型液态密封胶。研究了丁腈橡胶、增粘树脂和填料等主材料的种类和配比对耐油型液态密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,用20%的LG3250型号丁腈橡胶、2.5%的PF酚醛树脂和滑石粉/白炭黑质量比为7/3时,制备的耐油液态密封胶性能完全达到JB/T 4254—1999《液态密封胶》标准中的各项性能要求。
Nitrile rubber(NBR) was preferred as the main agent for liquid sealant, the appropriate amount of phenolic resin was added to improve the dielectric resistance of the sealant, the proper matching filler was used to adjust the viscosity and hardness, and finally an oil-resistant liquid sealant was developed. In this paper, the effects of the types and ratios of several main materials such as nitrile rubber, tackifying resin and filler on the properties of oil-resistant liquid sealant were examined. The results showed that when the nitrile rubber(LG3250)=20%, phenolic resin=2.5%, talc/silica ratio=7/3, the prepared oil-resistant liquid sealant fully reached various performance requirements of JB/T 4254-1999《Fluid sealant》.
