摘要
本文通过对立筒仓粮堆应用智能充氮气调储粮控制系统,解决了因立筒仓气调储粮体积大、粮堆高、充氮储粮作业时间长引起的设备操作繁琐、设备故障暂停操作等问题,实现了立筒仓气调储粮智能化,有效减少了保粮人员工作量,充分发挥了循环利用尾气功能,节约了气调杀虫成本,提高了充氮效率。
        In this paper, the intelligent nitrogen filling grain storage control system is applied to solve the problems of equipment operation tedious and equipment fault suspension operation caused by large volume of gas regulating grain storage, high grain heap and long operation time of nitrogen filling grain storage in vertical silo. To realize the intelligence of gas regulation and storage of grain in vertical silo, to effectively reduce the workload of grain preservation personnel, to give full play to the function of recycling tail gas, to save the cost of controlled atmosphere and insecticidal, and to improve the efficiency of nitrogen filling.
