2010年至2012年医院免疫增强药物用药分析

摘要
目的探讨医院2010年至2012年免疫增强药物利用情况,为临床管理和合理用药提供参考。方法收集医院2010年至2012年免疫增强药销售金额、销售量,采用金额分析法、用药频度(DDDs)分析法对免疫增强药的销售金额、年DDDs和日均费用等进行统计和分析。结果免疫增强药物的年销售总金额呈稳步增长态势,2010年的销售总金额为2 236.69万元,2011年较2010年增长1.83%,2012年较2010年增长2.07%,这3年销售金额列前2位的均为胸腺五肽及重组人白细胞介素-2。DDDs同步性较好,2010年免疫增强药物的总DDDs为36.47×104,2011年较2010年增长7.79%,2012年增长14.34%,3年DDDs始终列第1位的是胸腺五肽,其次是胸腺肽肠溶胶囊。结论医院免疫增强药物应用合理、管理完善,疗效确定、价格适中,具有良好的发展趋势。
Objective To evaluate the application situation of the immunopotentiating agents in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 in order to provide reference for the clinical management and rational use of this category of drugs. Methods The utilization data such as the consumption sum and quantity of immunopotentiating agents in our hospital during 2010- 2012 were investigated for conducting the statistically analysis regarding the consumption sum,annual DDDs and DDC by the methods of the consumption analysis and the DDDs analysis. Results The annual consumption sum of immunopotentiating agents demonstrated a stabilized state year by year,the total consumption sum in 2010 was 22366900 Yuan,which was increased by 1. 83% in 2011 and by 2. 07% in 2012. The top two drugs of consumption sum in the these 3 years were thymopetidum and recombinant human interleukin- 2. The DDDs showed good synchronism,the total DDDs in 2010 were 36. 47 × 104,DDDs in 2011 was increased by 7. 79% and in 2012 by 14. 34%. The top drug of the DDDs in these 3 years was thymopetidum,followed by Thymopetidum Eneric- Coated Capsules. Conclusion The application of immunopotentiating agents use in our hospital is reasonable and the management is perfect. The immunopotentiating agents possessing definitely curative effect and moderate price have good development trend.
