摘要
某18层钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,根据使用功能要求,需在1层增设夹层。考虑将夹层荷载传递给剪力墙及后置钢柱。然而,施工不当致使剪力墙开洞。在剪力墙上开洞不仅截断了剪力墙的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋,同时削弱了剪力墙的截面尺寸,导致剪力墙不满足轴压比限值和平面外稳定性的要求,存在安全隐患。针对此问题,提出了剪力墙洞口内置带肋钢套筒,焊接剪力墙洞口截断钢筋及洞口封堵的方案,使封堵后剪力墙结构安全性不低于原设计标准,加固方法可供同类加固改造工程参考。
        There is an eighteen-layer reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. Based on functional requirement,an interlayer needs to be added in the middle of first floor. The load in the middle of first floor is considered to transfer to shear wall and post steel columns. However,incorrect constructions lead to adding openings in shear walls. Adding openings in shear walls not only cuts off the longitudinal reinforcement and horizontal reinforcement of the shear wall,but also weakens the size of the shear wall,which may cause the limit value of axial compression ratio and the out-of-plane stability of the shear wall are not satisfied,and may results in a big potential safety hazard. To solve these problems,a construction scheme of building ribbed steel sleeve in the openings of shear walls,welding the truncated steel bars in the openings,and plugging the shear wall openings was proposed. After strengthening,the original design standard requirements of this frameshear wall structure were satisfied. This strengthening approach could be served as reference for similar reinforcement transformation projects.
