摘要

天然气企业是关乎民生的基础性产业,在国民经济中占据着重要的地位。但由于天然气企业受到市场经济的冲击,再加上企业自身资产风险管理的意识不强,尚未建立起完善的资产风险管理机制。针对以上现象,本文从企业资产管理风险的基础概念出发,从天然气企业面临的市场风险、体制风险、财务风险,总结出天然气企业在进行资产管理时产生风险的原因,根据成因提出了降低风险的建议,从而促进天然气企业高效的进行资产管理。
        The natural gas enterprise is the basic industry of the people's livelihood, and occupies an important position in the national economy. However, due to the impact of the market economy on natural gas enterprises, coupled with the fact that their own asset risk management consciousness is not strong enough, a perfect asset risk management mechanism has not yet been established. In view of the above phenomena, this article from the basic concept of enterprise asset management of the risk from natural gas enterprises are facing the market risk, system risk, financial risk, summed up the cause of natural gas enterprise risk in asset management, according to the causes and puts forward recommendations to reduce the risk, so as to promote the asset management of natural gas enterprise efficiency.
