摘要

本文以银川市兴庆区为例,简要介绍了天保工程建设现状,分析探讨了天保工程在实施过程中的主要成效、经验及存在问题,同时提出了相关对策建议。
        In this paper, taking Xingqing District in Yinchuan as an example, construction situations of natural forest protection project area were introduced and the main achievements, experience and existing problems were anslyzed. In the meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
