多制约条件下的中交海西办公楼方案创作

摘要
文章简要介绍了中交海西办公楼项目的基本概况以及该项目存在的若干制约因素和设计难点,通过方案概念、总平规划、平面功能、建筑形体和立面语汇及细节构造五部分,阐述了中交海西办公楼建筑方案的创作过程,以及解决本项目存在的设计难点,并引申了不确定性设计理论在本项目中的应用。
This paper briefly introduces the background of the general situation and some design difficulties and restricting factors existing in the CCCG Haixi building scheme through the concept, overall planning, function, architectural form and facade vocabulary. These five parts expounds the creation process of the CCCG Haixi building and how to resolve the design difficulties of this project. The application of uncertainty design theory in practical projects is extended appropriately.
