摘要
为定量综合评价大气污染防治技术产业化潜力,该文从技术产业化潜力定义出发,结合大气污染防治技术特征,构建大气污染防治技术产业化潜力评价指标体系,并开展案例研究。大气污染防治技术产业化潜力评价指标体系包含技术指标、市场指标、条件指标、政策指标和效应指标5个一级指标,以及21个二级指标。基于模糊综合评价法,对相变凝聚除尘及余热回收利用集成装置开展产业化潜力评价。评价结果显示,技术综合评价结果为产业化潜力较大,在技术、政策、条件和效应4个方面均具有较好的优势。案例应用表明,该研究构建的大气污染防治技术产业化潜力评价指标体系能较好地应用于实际评价工作中。
        In order to quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate the industrialization potential of air pollution prevention and control technology, and based on the definition of technology industrialization potential, an evaluation index system of the industrialization potential of air pollution prevention and control technology combining with the characteristics of air pollution prevention and control technology was established. A case study was done to verify the evaluation index system. The first index layer of the evaluation index system for the potential of air pollution prevention and control technology included five aspects: technical indicators, market indicators, condition indicators, policy indicators and effect indicators. The second index layer contained 21 indicators. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the industrialization potential for phase change condensation dust removal and waste heat recovery utilization device was evaluated. The comprehensive evaluation results presented that there was great potential for industrialization, and the technology had good advantages in the aspects of technology, policy, condition and effect. Case application showed that the evaluation index system for the industrialization potential of air pollution prevention and control technology established in this study could be well applied to the actual evaluation work.
