摘要
通过考虑城市应急疏散中心的"通达性"与"经济性"原则,提出城市应急场所选址的多目标规划模型,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对模型进行算法求解,从而得到应急疏散中心选址模型的最优解群。最后以某地区应急疏散中心选址为例,验证了该模型与NSGA-Ⅱ算法的合理性与实用性。
By considering the principle of fairness and economy of urban emergency evacuation centers,we propose a multi-objective programming model for site selection of city emergency evacuation centers,which can be solved by the means of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to get a series of optimal solution groups. Finally, taking the site selection of city emergency evacuation centers of a certain area as an example, it is verified the rationality and practicability of this model and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.
