基于PEST-SWOT模型对肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的分析

摘要
利用政治、经济、社会及技术因素对肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的优势、劣势、机会及威胁进行全面分析,分别从发挥优势、把握机会、克服劣势、规避威胁等方面提出肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的战略措施,为开展肿瘤多学科诊疗模式提供参考。
This article analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the cancer multidisciplinary team(MDT) mode by using political,economic,social and technical factors(PEST-SWOT). The article put forward strategies and suggestions for the multidisciplinary mode,including giving full play to advantages,seizing opportunities,overcoming weaknesses and defusing threats,to provide references for medical institutions.
