摘要
采用连续流动法测定废水中挥发酚含量,通过实验过程分析测量过程中不确定度的来源,其中主要包括:样品的重复测定、标准溶液的配置、校准曲线的拟合、仪器本身测量的误差等,在分析的基础上建立相应的测量模型并对各分量进行计算评定,最终计算得出相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过评定各因素不确定度分量,进而得出如何减小测量过程中的不确定度。
The continuous flow method was used to determine the volatile phenol content in the wastewater. The source of the uncertainty during the measurement process was analyzed through the experimental process, including repeated measurement of the sample, configuration of the standard solution, fitting of the calibration curve, error of the instrument measurement, etc. On the basis of the analysis, the corresponding measurement model was established and the components were calculated and evaluated. The relative standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were calculated. By assessing the uncertainty component of each factor, how to reduce the uncertainty in the measurement process was concluded.
