摘要

针对重庆市山水阻隔、地形地貌的独特性路网格局及在自由式布局的路网体系下,重庆市交通的拥堵特性,首先从路网结构出发,分析重庆市路网系统的特征和缺陷,其次延伸到对重庆市路网格局下特有的节点型拥堵进行成因和特征分析,同时,结合自身路网特性提出实施路段流量均衡控制的意义和主要措施,最后,通过实例研究加强对路段流量均衡控制方法的应用.
        According to Chongqing's mountain water barrier and topography,and the unique road network system,and the congestion characteristics of Chongqing,this paper first analyzed the road network structure,the characteristics and defects of the Chongqing road network system. Second,it examined the cause and characteristic of the unique node-type congestion under the existing Chongqing road network.Based on the analysis,this study combined the characteristics of its own road network and proposed the significance and main measures for implementing the road segment flow balance control. Finally,a case study was conducted to demonstrate the benefits of the traffic balance of the road segment using coordinated control methods.
