摘要

目的探讨神经外科重症患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因分析及护理对策。方法回顾性分析该院神经外科重症监护室2017年9月—2018年9月收治的92例患者的临床资料,统计下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率,分析其原因,并提出相应的护理对策。结果 92患者发生不同程度的下肢深静脉血栓形成共10例,发生率为10.87%;经血管外科会诊协助治疗及精心护理,病情均得到良好控制。结论神经外科重症患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因有很多,实施综合性护理对策,可大大降低下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率。
        Objective To explore the causes and nursing strategies of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity in severe neurosurgical patients. Methods From September 2014 to September 2018, the clinical data of 92 patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity was statistically analyzed, the causes were analyzed, and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward. Results There were 10 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in 92 patients, the incidence rate was 10.87%. The condition was well controlled by vascular surgery consultation and careful nursing. Conclusion There are many causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in severe neurosurgical patients. Comprehensive nursing strategies can greatly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
