医疗卫生服务与农村居民幸福感的关系——基于CGSS 2013和CGSS 2015调查数据的实证分析

摘要
幸福是每个人的追求,也是整个人类社会所要实现的最终目标。利用中国综合社会调查2013年和2015年的数据,采用文献资料法、实证分析法等研究医疗卫生服务与农村居民幸福感之间的关系,通过Ordered Logit回归方法对中国综合社会调查2013年的数据进行分析后认为,政府医疗卫生服务对农村居民生活幸福感具有一定影响,其中充足性、公共性和便利性这三个维度对农村居民生活幸福感具有显著影响,尤其是便利性对改进农村居民生活幸福感影响较为显著。根据中国综合社会调查2015年数据的描述统计,得出医疗卫生服务在当前最需要加强的公共服务中排在第二位,医疗服务水平的提高具有渐进性与长期性的研究结果。针对实证分析结果以及两次调查的对比,提出加大对农村医疗卫生资源的投入力度,增强医疗卫生服务的公共性以及提高医疗卫生服务资源的便利性等对策,以期进一步促进农村医疗卫生服务改善,提高农村居民生活幸福感。
Happiness is one of the goals that everyone pursues,and it is also the ultimate goal that the whole human society wants to achieve.Using the data of Chinese General Social Survey 2013 and 2015,this paper analyzes the relationship between medical &health service and the sense of happiness of rural residents by using the methods of literature,empirical research and so on,and by using Order Logit regression method to analyze Chinese General Social Survey 2013,it is concluded that the government medical &health service has a certain influence on the sense of happiness of rural residents,among which the three dimensions of adequacy,publicity and convenience have significant impact on the sense of happiness of rural residents,especially the convenience has more significant effect on improving the living sense of happiness of rural residents.At the same time,the results of the survey also found that the personal characteristics of rural residents such as gender,age,education level and marital status also have significant impact on their living sense of happiness.According to the descriptive statistics of China General Social Survey 2015,it is concluded that medical &health service ranked second in the public service that needs to be strengthened at present,and the improvement of medical &health service levels has characteristics of gradual and long-term type.In view of the results of empirical analysis and the comparison of two surveys,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as increasing the investment of rural medical &health service resources,enhancing the public nature of health service and improving the convenience of medical &health service resource in order to further promote the improvement of rural medical &health service ad improve the living sense of happiness of rural residents.
