摘要
随着全球对创新的愈发重视,新技术的快速发展,产品的结构越来越复杂,产品零件的精度要求也越来越高,对加工母机机床提出更多高效、高精的要求。复合机床因一次装夹多工序加工的特性,在大批量生产、复杂结构、高精度等场合成为一个很有优势的选项,成为越来越多企业的选择。针对这种发展趋势,推出了一种先进的铣车复合加工解决方案。这种铣车复合解决方案能够实现一次装夹实现复杂的零件多工序的加工,达到提升效率和加工精度,且对加工产品的表面粗糙度也能达到很好的效果。
        With the world's increasing attention to innovation, the rapid development of new technology, product structure is more and more complex, product parts precision requirements are also more and more high, the machining machine tool more efficient, high precision requirements are needed. At this time, composite machine tool because of the characteristics of a multi-process processing clamping, in mass production, complex structure, high precision and other occasions has become a very advantageous option, it becomes more and more enterprises' choice. In response to this development trend, an advanced milling-turning composite processing solution was launched.
