摘要
大冶有色环境集烟尾气脱硫装置在脱硫工序后端增设一台高效湿式电除尘器,以捕集脱硫后烟气中硫酸雾、颗粒物、气溶胶及有害重金属,进一步降低尾气中的硫酸雾及颗粒物等指标,优化外排尾气外观。改造后外排尾气中硫酸雾(ρ)小于或等于10 mg/m~3,颗粒物稳定达标,砷、铅、汞等有害杂质含量进一步降低,达到了特别排放限值的要求。
A high-efficiency wet electrostatic precipitator is added at the back end of the desulfurization process in the fugitive gas collecting exhaust-gas desulfurization device of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.,which is used to capture sulphuric acid mist,particulate matter,aerosols and harmful heavy metal in the flue gas after desulfurization,further reducing the sulphuric acid mist and particulate matter in the exhaust gas,and optimizing the appearance of the exhaust gas.The sulphuric acid mist in the exhaust gas is below 10 mg/m~3 after the transformation,the particulate matter is stably reach the standard,and the content of harmful impurities such as arsenic,lead and mercury is further reduced, which meets the requirements of special emission standardlimit.
