摘要
针对薄规格酸洗板板形控制难度大、活套控制不稳定导致的甩尾,甚至堆钢的问题,通过优化活套高度闭环控制参数及活套落套参数等一级活套控制参数,优化精轧负荷分配、机架间张力、穿带速度等二级控制模型参数,优化轧制过程温度控制参数,以及开发F6及F7机架在轧制尾部自动抬辊缝功能等,有效提高了薄规格酸洗板的轧制稳定性。
To counter problems of back end whip and even piling-up of pickled thin-gauge sheet caused by unstabitily in sheet shape control and loop control,by optimizing the first-level programs of loop control parameters such as height closed-loop control and loop-dropping,optimizing two-level control model parameters such as finishing load distribution,interstand tension and thread speed,optimizing rolling temperature control parameters,and developing the function of automatic lifting of roll gap on F6-F7 stands at the end of rolling,the rolling stability of pickled thin-gauge sheet was effectively improved.
