城镇更新中文化资源与现代空间的关联整合路径——以浙江武原镇中心城区为例

摘要
文化资源的消减与边缘化已经成为中小城镇更新中面临的重要挑战,如何打破传统与现代空间二元对立的思维方式,进而使之协同整合发展,是后土地经济时代城镇更新的核心任务之一。以浙江武原镇中心城区为例进行实证研究,论述文化资源的采集梳理与其关联空间的适应性整合策略。贡献在于:积极探索了文化资源及其与城镇空间之间多尺度的整合路径与策略。
The fragmentation of regional cultural resources is becoming a serious problem during the process of urban transformations China today. How to recollect and merge these resources into urban spaces is core task of urbanization in a new age. Through literature review, the author employs these theories and methods in Urban Design to explore strategies of integrating the built heritages, memory places, historical stories, immaterial culture and renewal urban spaces, which play an important role in the process of place identity and sustainable development of regional cultural resources. Taking the center of Wuyuan town, as an example, the paper comes up with collecting and linking strategies of fragmented historic sites, providing technical models and innovative ideas for highlighting the region characteristic of town. The main contributions of this research are as follows: first to employ creatively the method of space syntax, figure-ground and cognitive investigation to collect the historical and identical information in the existing sites, and second to explore the adaptive strategies of repack historical materials and physical spaces on multi- scales. He also points out that the limitations of the methods couldbe studied in future, such as how to evaluate the integration of cultural resources and urban spaces in terms of physical, historical, social dimensions.

①海盐位于杭州湾北岸,浙江省东北部杭嘉湖平原上,也是上海、苏州、杭州、宁波四大城市的地理中心。海盐历史悠久,置县于秦,因海滨广阔、盐田相望而得名。拥有1200多年历史的县城不断在发展;城市规划用地规模达75.26平方公里;2011年县城武原镇建成区域已是建国初期的10倍,城市高度、边界在不断扩张。快速的城市化进程,同样带来相似的问题:具有历史文化特质的城市遗产在不断减少,特别是1990年以来的20年间。
