历史文化名城在“双修”中的文化修补策略探讨——以济宁市城市“双修”实践为例

摘要

随着城市建设速度的加快,历史文化名城一直面临保护与发展的双重压力,2015年中央城市工作会议提出城市"双修"新要求,并特别强调了保护历史文化、改善城市风貌,为历史文化名城的保护提供了新的契机。对历史文化名城保护与城市"双修"中文化修补工作的分异与融合进行剖析,并以济宁市城市"双修"实践为例,探讨基于历史文化名城保护的城市修补策略,对历史文化名城的文化价值评估、文化修补目标的确立、文化问题的发掘与改善、文化修补工程实施等方面进行深入分析与说明,以期对城市"双修"中的文化修补工作开展提供可借鉴意义。
        With the acceleration of urban construction, historic cities are facing the pressure of protection and development. In 2015,central government urban meeting put forward the requirement of"city betterment and ecological restoration", and emphasized on the cultural protection and cityscape improvement. It provides an opportunity for the historic city conservation. This paper analyzes the relationship between historic city conservation and cultural restoration,and put forward the strategy of cultural restoration based on the historic city conservation. Then, it explains the cultural value assessment,the establishment of cultural restoration goal, the excavation and improvement of cultural problems, and the implementation of cultural restoration project in detail respectively. The author hopes to provide reference for the cultural restoration work.
