摘要
该文研究了微下拉法晶体生长炉晶体生长的稳定性。根据微下拉法晶体生长特点,设计了2种微下拉法晶体生长的功率自动控制方法,通过控制弯月面高度和生长晶体质量,实现晶体生长自动控制,保证生长过程稳定,实验结果表明,采用自动控制方式可以生长出外形美观,内部质量好的纤维晶体。
        The stability of crystal growth with the micro-pulling-down furnace is studied in this paper. According to the characteristics of crystal growth of micro-pulling-down method, two methods of power automatic control are designed. Through controlling the meniscus height and the crystal growing quality, the automatic control of crystal growth can be realized to ensure the stability of the growth process. The experimental results show that the fiber crystal with beautiful appearance and good internal quality can be grown by the automatic control method.
