高校公共建筑地源热泵系统经济评价分析

摘要
当今社会,能源危机、空气污染问题日趋加剧,十九大提出推进生态文明建设和绿色发展战略。传统供暖制冷系统需要耗费大量不可再生能源且造成环境污染,这与当前社会发展理念相违背,而地源热泵系统采用可再生的清洁能源,有利于可持续发展。本文以石家庄铁道大学基础教学楼为例,围绕初始投资费用、运行费用、年维护费用,对传统供暖制冷系统和地源热泵系统进行比较发现:地源热泵系统初投资高于传统供暖制冷系统;地源热泵系统运营成本较低,6. 82年后2种系统总投资持平。长远来看,地源热泵系统优于传统供暖制冷系统。
        In today's society,the problems of energy crisis and air pollution are intensifying. The 19 th National Congress proposed to promote ecological civilization construction and green development. Traditional heating and cooling systems require a large amount of non-renewable energy and cause environmental pollution. The ground source heat pump system uses renewable and clean energy,which is conducive to sustainable development. Taking the basic teaching building of Shijiazhuang Railway University as an example,this paper compares the traditional heating system and the ground source heat pump system around the initial investment cost,operating cost and annual maintenance cost. The initial investment of ground source heat pump system is higher than that of traditional heating and cooling system; The operation cost of the ground source heat pump system is lower,and the total investment of the two systems is flat after 6. 82 years. In the long run,the ground source heat pump is superior to the traditional heating and cooling system.
