摘要
放射治疗是肺部恶性肿瘤的重要治疗手段之一,而放射性肺炎(Radiation pneumonitis,RP)则是治疗中及治疗后最常见的副反应之一,同时也是影响治疗效果的主要限制因素。预防放射性肺炎的发生发展已经成为临床工作一大重要课题,本文就目前对放射性肺炎相关预测指标的研究进展作一综述。
