我国开放大学建设的愿景、目标及其路径——基于六所开放大学战略规划文本的Nvivo分析

摘要
从高校生命周期来看,我国开放大学建设逐渐由初创期走向中兴期,如何办好新型大学拷问着每一位利益相关者。本文根据高校战略规划理论,利用Nvivo11质性研究工具对我国开放大学战略规划文本中的发展愿景、发展目标和重大行动进行分类编码、聚类分析,发现走向一流是我国开放大学建设的美好愿景,提质增效、注重内涵是我国开放大学建设的核心要义,开放发展、特色发展、协同发展、融合发展和引领发展是我国开放大学建设的主要路径,从而进一步厘清了我国开放大学的建设思路。
From the perspective of university life cycle,the construction of open universities in China has gradually developed from the initial stage to the booming stage.How to run a new type of university is interrogating every stakeholder.According to college's strategic planning theory,this paper uses Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software to study the strategic planning texts at China's open universities from three aspects:development vision,development goals and major actions.Through the analysis on strategic planning texts,it can be found that to be first-class is a great vision;and to improve quality and efficiency are core principles;and developments on opening,characteristic,coordinated,integrated and leading are main paths for China's Open University construction.By this way,it clarifies the construction ideas of open universities in China.
