加快建设国家安全学一级学科的路径研究

摘要
[目的/意义]加快建设国家安全学一级学科是新时代高等教育的重大任务,是深入贯彻落实习总书记总体国家安全观,响应国家战略需求,实现高等教育科研院所历史担当,加强国家安全等急需学科专业人才培养,推进高等教育双一流建设的需要。[方法/过程]在阐述加快建设国家安全学一级学科必要性基础上,通过文献梳理、对比分析,论证加快建设国家安全学一级学科所具备的基础和条件,进而提出加快建设国家安全学一级学科的可持续发展路径。[结果/结论]共同发展、特色发展、内涵发展是加快建设国家安全学一级学科的可持续发展路径,其中,内涵发展路径主要包括加强基础研究,确定学科门类归属;对标对表,按照一级学科硕士博士授权点基本条件开展学科建设;明确学科研究对象,确定专门研究方法,凝练学科基础理论;完善二级学科体系,凝练特色学科方向;不断探索,积极开展国家安全人才培养;打造专门学科队伍,成立专门研究机构,建设中国特色国家安全高端智库。
[Purpose/Significance]Speeding up the construction of national security studies as first level discipline is a major task of higher education in the newera. Through the research and training of national security theory and talent training,the general secretary general state security concept and the national strategic demand are thoroughly carried out,and the historical responsibility of higher education scientific research institutes is realized and the construction of higher education is promoted.[Method/Process]The national security has a definite object of study,which has formed a relatively independent,self-contained theory,knowledge base and research method. There are a number of second level subjects that can be assigned,which have preliminarily provided the conditions for the first level discipline. The first level discipline of national security is based on the major national strategic needs,which is top-down and driven. After setting up a first degree discipline,it is the urgent task to develop sustainable development.[Result/Conclusion]The common development,characteristic development and connotation development are the path of sustainable development of Speeding up the construction of national security,among which,the path of connotation development mainly includes strengthening basic research and determining the attribution of subject categories. We should identify specific research methods,practice the basic theory of discipline; improve the second level discipline system,practice the direction of the characteristic discipline; continue to explore,actively develop national security personnel training;build specialized disciplinary team,set up special research institutions and build the national security high-end think tank with Chinese characteristics.
[Purpose/Significance]Speeding up the construction of national security studies as first level discipline is a major task of higher education in the newera.
