阶梯教学联合情景模拟教学在门诊注射室实习生带教中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的分析阶梯教学联合情景模拟教学在门诊注射室实习生带教中的应用效果。方法研究时段自2017年6月—2018年3月,选定该院门诊注射室实习生22名,分组原则以入院顺序奇偶性为主,分对照组(11名,采纳传统教学法)、研究组(11名,采纳阶梯教学与情景模拟教学联合),比较考核成绩、综合素质。结果研究组理论知识与技能操作考核成绩显著较对照组高,研究组综合素质显著较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯教学与情景模拟教学联合可有效提高门诊注射室实习生考核成绩,提高其综合能力,效果显著,值得借鉴。
        Objective To analyze the application effect of ladder teaching combined with situational simulation teaching in the teaching of interns in outpatient injection room. Methods 22 cases of interns in the outpatient injection room in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 11 cases in each, the control group used the traditional teaching, while the study group used the ladder teaching combined with situational simulation teaching, and the examination score and general quality were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge and skill operation examination scores in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the comprehensive quality in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The ladder teaching combined with situational simulation teaching in the teaching of interns in outpatient injection room can improve the examination score and comprehensive abilities, and the effect is obvious, and it is worth reference.
