摘要

教学科研团队建设有助于提高团队成员的教学潜能、基础研究、产学研合作和科技服务水平。文章从团队建设理念、建设现状、建设措施及建设成果等方面总结了安徽科技学院畜牧兽医学科教学、科研及科技服务一体化团队建设的经验,可为同类型团队建设提供参考。
        The construction of teaching and research team helps to improve the teaching potential,basic research,industry-university-research cooperation and technology service level of team members.From the aspects of team building concept,construction status,construction measures and construction achievements,the article summarizes the experience of animal husbandry and veterinary discipline teaching,scientific research,and scientific and technological service integration team building in Anhui University of Science and Technology,which can provide reference for the same type of team construction.
