摘要

某特大型钢厂废水处理回用工程处理水量为2 000 m3/h,预处理部分由格栅、调节池、高效沉淀池、V型滤池组成,深度处理采用PVDF浸没式超滤、RO系统的组合。该工程已运行一年多,出水水质稳定达到钢厂废水回用水质指标,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
        The wastewater treatment and reuse project of a large domestic steel mill has a treatment capacity of 2 000 m3/ h. The pre-treatment part is composed of grill,equalization tank,efficient sedimentation tank and V-filter,and the advanced treatment adopts a combined system of PVDF immersed ultrafiltration and RO. The project has operated for more than a year,and the effluent quality can steadily meet the indicators for wastewater reuse at the steel mill,with obvious economic and social benefits.
