多层螺旋CT联合MR在卵巢肿瘤临床鉴别诊断中的应用分析

摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT联合MR在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2012年1月至2017年4月我院收治的50例卵巢肿瘤患者,均接受MR和多层螺旋CT检查。以病理诊断为金标准,比较MR和CT检查的分期、定性、转移/侵袭符合率,以及敏感度、特异度和准确率。结果 MR定性诊断的符合率为98.00%,显著高于CT的86.00%(P <0.05)。MR对卵巢肿瘤分期的诊断符合率显著高于CT (P <0.05)。MR对肿瘤转移/侵袭的诊断符合率为90.70%,显著高于CT的74.42%(P <0.05)。MR对卵巢肿瘤诊断的准确率显著高于CT (P <0.05), MR和CT的诊断敏感度和特异度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论与CT相比, MR对卵巢肿瘤的定性、分期、定位等诊断效果更好,诊断符合率更高。
        Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT combine with MR in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor. Methods 50 cases of patients with ovarian tumor in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2017 were selected. All cases received MR examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination. With pathological diagnosis as gold standard, the coincidence rates of staging, characterization, and transfer/invasion, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CT and MR were compared. Results The coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis of MR was 98.00%, higher than 86.00% of CT(P <0.05). The diagnostic compliance rate for ovarian tumor staging of MR was significantly higher than that of CT(P <0.05). The diagnostic compliance rate for tumor transfer/invasion of MR was 90.70%, higher than 74.42% of CT(P <0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of MR was higher than that of CT(P <0.05), while no statistical difference was found between MR and CT in the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity(P >0.05). Conclusions Compared with CT,MR has better diagnostic effects in qualitative diagnosis, staging and location of ovarian tumor, and higher diagnostic compliance rate.
