摘要
基于172家中国外包企业创新管理数据,采用代表建构理论的QCA方法,对三维智力资本、技术动荡性与双元商业模式创新之间的关系进行了实证分析,试图揭示出在不同的技术动荡下,三维智力资本不同配置对双元商业模式创新的差异化影响。结果显示,有4个差异化的智力资本要素配置构成了商业模式创新的4个充分条件,其中人力资本是推动双元商业模式创新的必要条件,社会资本是促进新颖型商业模式创新的必要条件。此外,双元商业模式创新的充分条件会因为技术动荡性水平发生变化。文章研究对多维智力资本要素的联动效应进行了探索性研究,为我国服务外包企业的商业模式创新活动提供了一定的借鉴意义。
        Based on 172 Chinese outsourcing companies,the paper employs QCA to conduct an empirical study of relationship among intellectual capitals,business model innovation and technical turbulence,which tries to discover how intellectual capital elements combinations influence two different business model innovations at the different levels of technical turbulence. It finds that four sufficient combinations of intellectual capital elements and technical turbulence lead to business model innovation. Among them,Human capital is a necessity of dual-business model innovation,and social capital is a necessity of novelty business model innovation. In addition,the configuration of intellectual capital elements may change according to technical turbulence. Implication from the findings is very helpful to scientific management of intelligent capital and business model innovation.
