三金颗粒剂对肾结石行经皮肾镜取石术后尿酸残石排出效果观察

摘要
目的观察中药三金颗粒剂对肾结石行经皮肾镜取石术后尿酸残石的临床疗效。方法将广东省第二中医院2014年3月-2017年4月收治经结石成分分析确诊为尿酸残石的患者76例。采用随机对照试验法将患者分为试验组和对照组各38例。2组患者均行经皮肾碎石术,术后行结石成分分析,确诊尿酸残石。试验组给予三金颗粒剂口服;对照组给予嘱咐多饮水(每天饮水量在2 500 ml),观察术后服用2周、4周后2组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组治疗2周总有效率为60.5%高于对照组患者的36.8%,在4周疗效中,试验组总有效率为89.5%高于对照组患者的63.2%,且治疗4周总有效率明显高于治疗2周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三金颗粒剂有益于肾结石经皮肾镜取石术后尿酸残石的排出,同时缩短其排出时间,服用4周疗效较2周疗效更优。
Objective To study the effect of Sanjin granules on postoperative uric acid residual stone for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods According to the principle of simple random distribution,patients with uric acid residual stones after percutaneous nephrolithotomy from March 2014 to April 2017 in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 38 cases.Percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed in both groups.Stone composition was analyzed after operation and residual uric acid was diagnosed.Experimental group was given oral agent Sanjin granules.In control group they were only asked to have more than 2500 ml of drinking water per day.The clinical efficacy of 2 groups 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation was observed.Results The total effective rate was 60.5% in experimental group for 2 weeks,which was higher than 36.8% in control group.In the 4-week efficacy group,the total effective rate in experimental group was 89.5% higher than 63.2% in control group,and the total effective rate 4 weeks was significantly higher than 2 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with Sanjin granules has a positive effect on discharge of uric acid stone and shorten the discharge time.The effective rate of 4 weeks is higher than 2 weeks.
