摘要
本试验以天葵子为主药,与蒲公英、苦参、白鲜皮3种中药联合使用制备复方中药凝胶剂。采用水提法提取中药的有效成分,以卡波姆-940、主药、甘油、氮酮的用量为因素,采用正交试验设计,优选复合中药凝胶剂的最佳配比,并根据2015版中国药典关于凝胶剂的质量要求,对本试验所制备的复合中药凝胶剂进行质量检查。结果显示,1.5%卡波姆940,15%主药,10%甘油,1.5%氮酮为本试验中复合中药凝胶剂的最佳组合方案。药效学试验表明,本试验所制得的凝胶剂对治疗皮肤炎症具有一定的治疗效果。
        In this experiment, the compound Chinese traditional Chinese medicine gel was prepared with three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, including dandelion, bitter ginseng and pericarp. After extracting the effective ingredients of Chinese medicine by using the water extraction method, the optimum ratio of the main matrix of the compound gel was selected by the orthogonal test design with the factors of the amount of carbomer 940, the main drug, glycerin and azone, and the gel agent prepared in the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was tested. The results showed that 1.5% of the main drug, 10% of the main drug, 10% glycerine, and 1.5% of azone were the best combination for the compound Chinese medicine gel. The pharmacodynamic test showed that the gel prepared by this experiment had certain therapeutic effect on inflammation.
