摘要
分析了350MW超临界机组高中压转子振动问题的共性影响因素,按照与运行工况的相关度将高中压转子振动问题进行分类诊断,并给出相应治理措施;推算了高中压转子动平衡首次配重质量和滞后角取值范围。给出了油挡积碳碰摩和汽流激振故障治理方法,并介绍了临界转速区与工作转速区振动超标问题的动平衡处理案例,为类似故障的处理提供了参考。
The common influencing factors on HP/IP rotor vibration of 350MW supercritical unit were analyzed. According to the correlation with working conditions, the vibration problem was classified and diagnosed, and the corresponding measures were given.The ranges of the first counterweight and lag angle were quoted. Governance cases of rubbing of oil blocking and steam-excited vibration were introduced. It also mainly introduced the dynamic balance handling cases of excessive vibration in the critical speed region and the working speed region, which provided a reference for similar treatment.
