摘要
通过分析AP1000核电厂1E级变送器响应时间的需求,研究了国内目前存在的实施标准及国内的测试方法,结合三门核电站实施变送器响应时间的测试结果及国外变送器响应时间标准,对变送器响应时间阶跃测试和斜坡测试的方法进行了分析,根据噪声分析获取的变送器模型,使用仿真软件按照不同的标准要求对变送器进行了阶跃响应测试,指出当前国内通用的变送器阶跃响应时间标准不合理,同时使用仿真软件对斜坡响应测试结果和阶跃测试结果进行了比较,论证了斜坡响应测试的合理性,最终提出对国内及国家行业标准的改进建议。
By analyzing the time response requirement for class 1 E transmitter in AP1000 nuclear power plant,the internal time response standard and test method are studied, Combined with the performance test results of Sanmen NPP and international time response standard, the ramp test and step test for the transmitter are analyzed. According to the model of transmitter calculated by the noise test, simulation software is used to simulate the ramp test and step test, which finds out that current time response standards are irrational. The simulation software is also used to compare the results of the ramp test and step test, which demonstrates the rationality of the ramp test. Finally, the modification of national standards is suggested.
