摘要

孤独症儿童因为感统失调会产生各种行为问题和情绪障碍,从而影响个体的正常学习与生活。本研究中的个案小军是一名重度孤独症幼儿,因感统失调严重,导致无法进行教学活动。教师尝试使用感觉统合训练对其进行干预,制定个别化教育计划,采用个别与集体整合、学校与家庭合作的方式实施干预。研究结果显示:小军的感觉统合领域有显著改善,本体觉、前庭觉、睡眠障碍以及口腔功能等都有不同程度的进步。此外,小军的活动持续时间以及社交能力也有提升。
        Children with autism may suffer from various behavioral problems and emotional disorders due to sensory integration disorders,thus affecting their normal learning and life.The case in this study,is a severe autism child.Due to severe sensory integration disorder,he is unable to carry out teaching activities.In this study,teachers try to use sensory integration training to intervene in it,make individualized education plan,and implement intervention in the way of individual and collective integration and cooperation between school and family.The results showed that Xiaojun's sensory integration was significantly improved,including proprioception,vestibular sensation,sleep disorder and oral function.In addition,Xiaojun's activity duration and social skills were also improved.
