运用胸锁乳突肌瓣防止腮腺术后味觉出汗综合征和面部畸形的研究

摘要
目的:研究腮腺手术中运用胸锁乳突肌瓣防止味觉出汗综合征和面部畸形的疗效。方法:将81例腮腺手术患者随机分为胸锁乳突肌瓣组和对照组,分别在术后3、6、9、12个月进行味觉出汗综合征的主、客观测试和面部畸形的主观测试,并对其结果进行评估。结果:术后胸锁乳突肌瓣组的测试结果均优于常规切除组,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺手术中运用胸锁乳突肌瓣填塞术腔可以有效防止味觉出汗综合征和面部畸形的发生。
Objective:To assess the outcome for prevention the gustatory sweating syndrome and facial contour deformity with sternocleidomastoid muscle flaps in the parotidectomy.Method:It was a prospective study.Eighty-one patients who underwent parotidectomy were randomly divided into 2groups,sternocleidomastoid muscle flaps group and control group.They were tested with the subjective and objective function testing in 3,6,9,12 months after operation.We assessed the result.Result:All of the result of the sternocleidomastoid muscle flaps group was obviously better than the control group.There was significant difference between the 2groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:It effectively prevented the gustatory sweating syndrome and facial contour deformity that we used the sternocleidomastoid muscle flaps to fill the cavity in the parotidectomy.
