北京西城区社区中医药科普的认同及需求调查分析

摘要
目的:调查北京市西城区地区中医药科普的认同及需求情况。方法:通过简单随机抽样方法抽取16岁及以上没有中医药学背景的北京市西城区常住居民1600人,进行中医药科普认知及需求情况横断面调查。结果:1600名北京市西城区生活社区居民中1423名完成调查,有效率94.93%;2014年西城区中医药科普普及率85.10%;不同人群中医药科普知识认知程度存在差异,年龄、学历、职业和家庭月均收入是主要影响因素;中医药科普的关注度34.86%,居民最喜欢的中医药科普的方式为互联网、新媒体(如手机报、微信等),最希望了解的内容为食疗方法、养生知识、中医预防保健方法(如按摩刮痧等),最希望了解的疾病为感冒(包括流感)、心脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病(包括肝炎胃炎等)。讨论:北京市西城区社区常住居民中医药科普的认识程度不高,社区居民希望得到正确、全面切实可用的中医药科普。我们应完善中医药科普的途径、内容、方式方法,从而有效提高社区人群的中医药科普的认同度,发挥中医中药的作用。
Objective: To investigate the identification and demand of Chinese medicine science in Xicheng District,Beijing.Methods: A simple random sampling method was used to extract 1,600 permanent residents of Xicheng District,Beijing,who had no background in traditional Chinese medicine at the age of 16 years,and conducted a cross-sectional survey on the knowledge and needs of Chinese medicine.Results: A total of 1,423 residents of the living community in Xicheng District of Beijing completed the survey,with an effective rate of 94.93%.In 2014,the popularization rate of Chinese medicine in Xicheng District was 85.10%.Different levels of knowledge of Chinese medicine science knowledge differed among different populations.Age,education,occupation and family monthly income were the main influencing factors.The attention of traditional Chinese medicine science is 34.86%.The favorite Chinese medicine popular science method is Internet,new media(such as mobile newspaper,WeChat,etc.).The most desirable content is diet therapy,health knowledge,and Chinese medicine preventive health care methods(such as Massage,etc.),the most desirable diseases are colds(including flu),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,digestive diseases(including hepatitis gastritis,etc.).Conclusion: The awareness of Chinese medicine popularization among resident residents in Xicheng District of Beijing is not high,and community residents hope to obtain correct,comprehensive and practical Chinese medicine science.We should improve the methods,contents,and methods of traditional Chinese medicine science,so as to effectively improve the recognition of Chinese medicine science among the community,and play the role of traditional Chinese medicine.
