摘要
以煤系高岭土、消石灰和炭粉为原料,制备出一种陶粒吸附剂,用于对污水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除,探究废液pH、初始浓度等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,该陶粒吸附剂吸附性能良好,在40℃,pH=6,浓度180 mg/L,吸附剂用量16 g/L,吸附240 min时,陶粒对Cr~(6+)的吸附量为7.58 mg/g,回收后可通过解吸再次利用,同时筒压强度为7.76 MPa,可作为优质人造轻集料,具有良好的应用前景。
        Using coal series kaolinite,hydrated lime and carbon powder as raw material,the ceramsite adsorbent were prepared for Cr(Ⅵ) removal in wastewater.The influence of the effluent pH,initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) and other experimental conditions on adsorption effect were investigated.The result showed that the adsorption performance was good,at 40 ℃,pH=6,the concentration was 180 mg/L,the adsorption content 16 g/L,when adsorb for 240 min,the adsorption capacity 7.58 mg/g and the ceramsite adsorbent could be used again by desorption.At the same time for the cylinder strength was 7.76 MPa,the ceramsite adsorbent had a good application prospect as the quality of artificial light aggregate.
