摘要
螺旋式升管换热器是实现双预热低热值燃气点火技术的关键设备。本文采用ANSYS Fluent仿真试验平台,针对螺旋式升管换热器的结构特征参数和运行参数进行了优化研究。结果表明:螺旋升角、内外壁间距、进口烟气速度、介质风速等参数对螺旋式升管换热器的性能影响很大,选取合适的结构和运行参数能有效降低运行成本,并获取最佳的换热性能。
Screw-type tube-lifted heat exchanger is the key equipment to achieve double-preheat low caloric fuel ignition technology. Based on ANSYS Fluent simulation software, optimization research about the structure and operation parameters of the heat exchanger were conducted. The results showed that the parameters, such as screw lifted angle, gap distance between inner and outer wall, inlet flue gas velocity,medium wind speed and so on had large influence on properties of screw-type tube-lifted heat exchanger,chosing reasonable structure and operation parameters could help to reduce the operation cost and get a good heat exchange performance.
