构建合作式教学模式,提升专业教学能量——高职院校“双一流”专业建设的若干思考

摘要
伴随着人才需求的不断增加,高职院校的建设与发展受到多方关注。国家立足于教育发展本质,进一步提出了"双一流"建设战略,致力于推动教育体系的全面提升,促进我国教育水平的不断升级,打造一流的职业院校与一流的专业。在"双一流"建设背景下,高职院校的专业建设并不乐观,尤其是教学模式单一的问题较为突出。在高职院校"双一流"专业建设进程中,传统的灌输型教育模式已经表现出种种劣势,逐步构建合作式教学模式,进一步促进学生的互动交流,合作学习,激发专业课堂活力,促进专业教学能量提升,是高职院校"双一流"专业建设的发展思路之一。文中采用多种研究方法,如文献研究法、分析法,立足于课题研究基础,逐步分析合作式教学模式的价值,并进一步探索合作式教学模式的有效策略,以此为高职院校"双一流"专业建设的全面发展与提升提供理论基础与实践指导意见。
        With the increasing demand for talents, the construction and development of higher vocational colleges have attracted much attention. Based on the essence of education development, the country has further put forward the "double first-class" construction strategy, committed to promoting the overall improvement of the education system, promoting the continuous upgrading of China's education level, and building first-class vocational colleges and first-class specialties. Under the background of "double first-class" construction, the sprcialty construction of higher vocational colleges cannot be optimistic, especially the single teaching mode is more prominent. In the process of the construction of "double first-class" specialty in higher vocational colleges, the traditional indoctrination education mode has shown disadvantages. Gradually constructing a cooperative teaching mode, further promoting the interactive exchange and cooperative learning of students, stimulating the vitality of specialty classes, and promoting the promotion of specialty teaching energy is one of the development ideas of the construction of "double-first-class" specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper adopts a variety of research methods, such as literature research and analysis. Based on the research foundation of the subject, analyze the value of the cooperative teaching mode step by step, and further explores the effective strategies of the cooperative teaching mode, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the overall development and promotion of the "double first-class" specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.
