摘要
文章采用TC-436氮氧仪对分别使用碳化硅锯片打磨、砂轮打磨和板挫打磨后的氧试样在各种实验条件下进行分析,把分析数据归类比较,得出用板挫、酸处理后的试样表面光洁度最好,二次污染物去除的最干净,可以保证分析结果的精确度和准确度。
In this paper,the TC- 436 nitrogen- oxygen analyzer is used to analyze steel samples,which polished with carborundum saw,grinding wheel and file respectively. By comparing and classifying analyzed data under different test condition,it can be seen that the surface of sample after treatment with file and acid is smoothest and is cleanest from cleaning secondary pollution,and high precision and accuracy of analyzed results are obtained.
