摘要
介绍了毛坪铅锌矿的矿石性质、选矿厂设计及生产改造情况,分析了选矿生产技术指标和选矿工艺流程考查结果,指出磨矿分级产品粒级分布不均匀、浮选药剂制度不适、中矿返回不恰当等是影响选矿技术指标的关键因素。对标会泽铅锌矿、凡口铅锌矿等的先进技术及指标,针对性地提出了优化磨矿介质、高频振动细筛分级、中矿选择性分级再磨、强化银锗选择性富集、优化浮选药剂制度、改进产品方案等,以提高毛坪铅锌矿的铅锌回收率及强化银锗综合回收;并在此基础上,进一步展望了搅拌磨细磨工艺、电位调控浮选工艺、闪速浮选工艺等,将是毛坪铅矿持续提高选矿技术指标的研究方向与重点。
        The mineralogical feature of raw ore,the concentrator design and the technological reform of Maoping Lead-zinc Mine were mainly introduced.Through studying on the production technical index and the examine result of the process flow,the main factors affecting the preocessing indexes were pointed out,including the unreasonable graininess of grinding product,the inefficient flotation reagent system and the inappropriate return of middlings.Compared with the advanced mineral processing technology and indexes in Huize lead-zinc mine and Fankou lead-zinc mine,some improvement measures were accordingly proposed,such as grinding medium optimization,fine screening classification,middlings selective classification regrinding,floationg-strengthening collecting silver and germanium,optimizing floating agent system and product solutions improvement,so as to increase the recovery rate of lead and zinc minerals,as well as to enhance the comprehensive collection of silver and germanium.On this basis,the research direction and focus for continuously improving the mineral processing technology indexes were prospected,including the fine-grinding with stirring mill,the potential control flotation,the flash flotation,and so on.
