摘要
以二聚酸、N-甲基二乙醇胺和烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚为原料制备中间体Ⅰ,再与含氢硅油通过硅氢加成反应和季铵化改性后制备中间体Ⅱ,最后将中间体Ⅱ分散于水中制得新型改性的含硅柔软剂JYF-8328。研究了硅氢加成反应条件与中间体Ⅱ性能的关系,并探讨了乳液固含量、整理温度对整理织物性能的影响。结果表明,含硅柔软剂JYF-8328具有优越的性能,整理织物表现出优越的手感、亲水性和白度。
The intermediate Ⅰ was successfully prepared by dimer acids, N-methyldiethanolamine and al?lyl polyethenoxy ether as raw materials. Then, the intermediate Ⅱ was synthesized by intermediate Ⅰ and hy?drogen containing silicone oil through hydrosilylation and quaternary ammonium modification. Finally, a new kind of silicone softener JYF-8328 was prepared by dispersing intermediate Ⅱ in water. The relationship be?tween conditions of hydrosilylation and properties of intermediate Ⅱ was studied, and effects of solid content and finishing temperature on the properties of the fabrics were also discussed. The results showed that the sil?icone softener JYF-8328 had superior properties, and the finished fabric showed superior hand feeling, hydro?philicity and whiteness.
