摘要
基于Advant Edge仿真软件,利用二维正交切削数值模拟对2226-148合金锥度铣刀几何角度进行优化,获得最佳实际前角、法向前角、径向前角、刃口半径以及螺旋角等刀具制造参数。试验结果证明:基于切削过程数值模拟设计的后波刃锥度铣刀切削性能优异,综合性能达到进口山高(SECO)同类刀具水平,刀具抗崩刃性能有明显改善,具备大批量推广运用的条件。
Based on Advant Edge simulation software,the geometric angle of taper end milling cutter of 2226-148 alloy was calculated by using two dimensional orthogonal cutting simulation,to obtain the best actual angle,forward angle,radial rake angle,cutting edge radius and helix angle. The experimental results prove that the cutting performance of the post wave edge taper milling cutter is excellent by using the numerical simulation of cutting process,its comprehensive performance achieves the same level of imported SECO tool. The performance of cutting tool has obvious improvement,having conditions for mass application.
