摘要

高校体育是学校体育与社会体育的重要衔接点,是培养终身体育意识的关键时期.分析了培养终身体育意识的重要性.指出当前高校体育工作存在教学观念相对滞后、教学手段相对落后和单一问题,以及教学内容上存在的问题.从以下方面阐述了高校体育教学中终身体育意识培养的途径:加强体育理论知识的讲授,提升学生的理论素养;开展丰富多样的实践活动,强化终身体育意识;激发学生主观能动性,培养学生对终身体育的兴趣爱好.
        College physical education is an important link between school and social physical education,and a key period for cultivating lifelong physical education consciousness.This paper analyzes the importance of the consciousness and points out the problems existing in college sports work at present,such as lagging behind teaching concept,backward teaching means,single teaching content and so on.This paper expounds the ways to cultivate lifelong sports consciousness,including strengthening the teaching of sports theory knowledge to improve students' theoretical literacy,carrying out various practical activities,strengthening lifelong sports consciousness,stimulating students' subjective initiative,and cultivating students' interest in lifelong sports.
