摘要

课程思政以全方位育人作为出发点和归宿,把知识传递、价值引领和能力培养相结合,实现理性认知与情感共鸣。应用型本科院校要加强对课程思政建设的师资队伍保障力度,既要从教师自身出发,加强其提高自身修养的内部动力,又要从制度层面、管理层面为教师创设良好的外部环境,着力打造全程育人、全员育人的教育机制。
        The ideological and political construction of courses takes all-round education as the starting point and destination, combines knowledge transmission, value guidance and ability cultivation, and realizes rational cognition and emotional resonance. Applicationoriented undergraduate colleges should strengthen the guarantee for teaching staff of the ideological and political construction of courses.They should not only start from the teachers themselves and strengthen their internal motivation to improve their self-cultivation, but also create a good external environment for the teachers from the aspects of system and management, and strive to build an educational mechanism of whole-process and whole-staff education.
