“互联网+”时代下建筑产业现代化发展趋势与对策

摘要
"互联网+"时代下建筑产业升级势在必行。在丰富建筑产业现代化内涵、分析"互联网+"时代下建筑产业现代化发展存在问题基础上,对"互联网+"建筑产业现代化在建造技术、标准化管理和施工管理方面的未来发展趋势进行探索,并有针对地提出加强政策推进、加强技术创新能力、构建互联化项目管理、建立互联网交易平台、加强交流和经验宣传六个方面的对策建议,对推动我国"互联网+"时代下建筑产业现代化的发展有一定指导意义。
The construction industry is imperative to upgrade under the background of Internet +. Based on enriching the connotation of construction industry modernization, the existing problems of promoting construction industry modernization in the age of"Internet+"is analyzed. The development trend of construction industry modernization with the"Internet +"in building technology, standardized and construction management are explored. Countermeasures and suggestions in six aspects of strengthening policy promotion,improving ability of technology innovation,building interconnected project management,establishing internet trading platform,making more communication and experience exchanging are presented. It has a certain guiding significance to promote China's construction industry modernization under the background of "Internet +".
