摘要
脱绒量是蚕丝拉绒围巾质量的重要检测项目之一,对增加蚕丝拉绒围巾的市场竞争力及保护消费者的相关权益有着重要的影响。目前存在的脱绒量试验方法在可重复性、可重现性和精准度方面存在不足,文章通过对多种脱绒量测试方法的分析,研究出一种科学、合理、准确的基于水洗法的脱绒量测试方法。在此测试方法所得数据的基础上,通过对蚕丝拉绒围巾采用的原料、生产工艺等影响脱绒量原因的分析,阐明了原料的质量、拉绒道数与脱绒量存在正相关性。研究结果有助于优化蚕丝拉绒围巾拉绒工艺,在核心指标上提升产品质量。
        Hair-loss quantity is one of important inspection items for raised silk scarves. It plays an important role for market competition capability of raised silk scarves and consumers' interest protection. The existing testing methods cause some problems in reproducibility, repeatability and testing accuracy. This article provides a scientific, reasonable and accurate testing method for inspecting hair-loss quantities based on washing method by comparing several testing methods. Based on this testing method, the factors influencing hair-loss quantities such as the raw materials and production process of raised silk scarves were analyzed. The results showed the positive correlation among raw material quality, raising process and hair-loss quantities. The research result helps the enterprises optimize the process and improve the quality in term of key technical indexes.
