吴忠区域建设用地节约集约利用状况初始评价

摘要
在认真分析吴忠市域建设用地利用现状的基础上,通过定性分析得出,基于人口发展与城乡建设用地变化匹配程度上的利用趋势类型结果是同心县、盐池县和吴忠市整体为集约趋势型,利通区、红寺堡区和青铜峡市为粗放趋势型;基于经济发展与城乡建设用地变化匹配程度上的利用趋势类型结果是同心县为内涵挖潜性,利通区、红寺堡区、盐池县、青铜峡市和吴忠市整体为粗放趋势型。通过定量评价得出,吴忠市整体区域建设用地节约集约利用状况初始评价总指数为75.59分,利通区、青铜峡市建设用地节约集约利用程度为集约度高,同心县、盐池县为集约度较高,红寺堡区为集约度中等,同时分析在节约集约用地管理中存在的问题,探索节约集约利用土地的措施。
On the basis of analyzing the present situation of land use for construction in Wuzhong city, it is concluded that the use trend types related with the population development and the land change of urban and rural construction. The use trend of construction land is intensive type in Tongxin county, Yanchi county and Wuzhong city and it is a whole and extensive trend type in Litong district, Hongsipu district and Qingtongxia city. Based on the matching of economic development and the change of land use in urban and rural construction, the utilization trend type of Tongxin county is connotation exploration and Litong district, Hongsipu district, Yanchi county, Qingtongxia city and Wuzhong city are extensive trend.Through the quantitative evaluation, the total initial evaluation index of land conservation and intensive use in Wuzhong city is 75.59 points. The level of land conservation and intensive in Litong district and Qingtongxia cities are higher,the intensive degree in Tongxin and Yanchi counties is high and it is medium in the Hongsipu district. At the same time, the existing problems in the management of intensive land use is analyzed and the measures to save the intensive land use is investigated.
