摘要
港口是交通运输重要枢纽和现代物流体系重要节点,对港口服务供应链上的各种时空信息进行感知、传递、整合和分析成为智慧港口建设的关键。针对多源、异构、海量港口时空地理信息的管理和服务难题,文章提出了基于云架构的智慧港口时空地理信息共享服务平台架构体系、功能及应用模式,并以中国北方某典型港口为例,介绍了基于云架构的时空信息地理共享服务平台的建设实践。文章的研究对于提升港口服务效能,指导各地智慧港口建设有重要意义。
        The port was an important transportation hub and an important node of the modern logistics system. Perceiving, transmitting, integrating and analyzing all kinds of spatiotemporal information in the port service supply chain were the key to building the smart port. For the management and service problems of multi-source, heterogeneous and massive harbor space-time geographic information, the overall architecture, system function and application model of smart port spatiotemporal geographic information sharing service platform were proposed based on cloud architecture in this paper. Taking a port in northern China as an example, the construction practice of spatiotemporal information geographic sharing service platform was introduced. The research in this paper is of great significance for improving the efficiency of port services and guiding the construction of smart ports around the country.
